Sophrology aims at a better well-being.

It is a gymnastics of the conscience which aims to restore the general balance, to calm the mental, to manage its emotions to better adapt to the various situations of our daily life, in harmony with oneself.

Through simple exercises based on breathing, relaxation, visualisation and movement, sophrology promotes physical and mental well-being. A training which allows to reinforce the positive sides of its life, to improve its capacities, to become aware of its interior richness...

"My Sophro week...by the sea!

A course of 5 group sessions of about 1 hour or formulas of 2, 3 or 4 sessions.
Sessions in the open air, in the morning on the beach.

The exercises proposed will allow you to learn to relax, listen to your body, find your vitality but also to better manage your stress, find a better sleep...
