On a 2000 m² plot of land planted with trees, this atypical villa offers a real haven of peace with a breathtaking view of the Nartette vineyard.
There are numerous hiking trails to choose from, including the Port d'Alon cove, which is accessible on foot from the house.
This magnificent Provençal villa, entirely renovated, with a total surface area of 140 m², will seduce you with its vintage spirit and its atypical decoration.
Nestled in the heart of nature, the house blends in perfectly with its surroundings.
The materials have been chosen with taste, offering all the charm of the old and the authentic.
Its mansard roof, its terracotta floor, its mezzanine, its "Parisian" staircase, its dry stone terraces... everything is there to plunge you into the world of Pagnol, just a stone's throw from the sea.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating (children's bedrooms), a master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a large spa room of 30 m², totally independent with a shower room, toilet and top-of-the-range spa covered by a magnificent glass roof overlooking the Nartette vineyard.
The kitchen is equipped with a piano with 3 ovens and 5 cooking rings, a large fridge and a large freezer.

Outside, 2 magnificent terraces, one "under the acacia" and the other under the arbour with a view of the pine forest and the pool.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.

A field of olive trees with species over 50 years old is next door.
Perched in the garden, a magnificent hut allowing the little adventurers to live unforgettable moments.
Next to it, the henhouse, where you can collect fresh eggs and admire our majestic rooster.

You can enjoy the 9 x 4 m swimming pool with its underwater beach.
There is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards.
You can relax in our magnificent 5-seater spa with a breathtaking view of the vineyards.

For a coffee break or a little nap, the pool-house will be your refuge in which a light breeze will rock you under the song of the cicadas.

It is equipped with a shower room with toilet and a laundry room with fridge.

You have access to the calanque of Port d'Alon on foot, via hiking trails with breathtaking scenery.
When you arrive at the cove, you can relax at the restaurant "chez Tonton Ju" whose flavours will almost make you forget the exceptional setting that surrounds you.
There are also many walks starting from the villa: the vineyard path, the coastal path, the sand hill, the Madrague harbour and many others...
An inter-district shuttle (set up by the St Cyr town hall) will take you to the centre of St Cyr, to the Lecques beach, to the Madrague harbour or to the station.
The timetable is displayed in the accommodation.
Possibility to access the calanque by car, with a paying parking.

Sheets are provided for stays of 14 days or more.
A steward will come every morning (except Sunday) between 6am and 9am, to clean the pool, the henhouse, the outside and water the plants.
He is not allowed to enter the interior spaces (except the pool-house).

- Saint Cyr sur mer is a town crossed by the train (low traffic) that we hear passing by from outside the house. This does not represent a significant nuisance.
