Winemaking

The 17 hectares of vines in the Nartette Estate are operated by a winemaker accredited by the French coastal protection agency and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer town council.

The harvest is vinified by a winemaking collective, producing organically-certified and Bandol PDO wines in three colours (red, rosé and white).

Olive growing

Around 450 olive trees are maintained and harvested by officials of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer council. The oil, extracted by an olive cooperative, can be sampled at local events.
