The Frégate golf club offers a real athletic challenge to trained golfers on the 18-hole Frégate golf course (par 72) renowned for its technical challenging layout and its beautiful viewpoints. This course requires a certain regularity and the desire to take up challenges on some holes.
For beginners the 9-hole Frégalon golf course offers the joys of a course under the pinewood sheltered from the wind. This course offers an exceptional alternative to novice golfers for a fast access to the field. It introduces the different keypoint playing techniques at every hole and offers an exceptional natural environment.

Several driving ranges where you can perfect your game with one of the pros. Created in 2016, the Frégate Golf Club’s Handigolf School encourages access to sports and the promotion of sports for all. On the golf site, have lunch at the brasserie La Restanque, open every day (closed in the evening) for a coffee, an appetizer or a pleasant lunch on the terrace, overhanging the golf course and the sea.
